... or Serene as she is usually called, aspires to work in advertising, make writing part of her life, become a full time restaurateur / pâtissier as well as see the world. But for now, she paves the road for FAD. "Capricorn, single, loves to cook and travel", her solo journey across Europe at twenty-two changed her life. Paris has captured her heart and imagination. She hopes to return someday and stay for good. Serene loves jazz, collecting movies and windy, grey sky mornings; odd numbers like se7en and 9ine; butterflies, black chandeliers, sports cars, desserts and the colour fuchsia across all shades. Forever chasing a certain je ne sais quoi, she believes in trying every thing at least once (to reasonable extent) and that life is too short to eat bad food. ... otherwise known as corie. thanks to the-orient-express, she has a thing for all things oriental and hopes to work overseas in the near future. she loves random photography and the randomness of life. with or without alcohol, she parties like a rockstar. she gets trippy with films and music, especially alternative and electronica. indie? all the better. she writes in small letters and omits apostrophes as and when she likes, just so she finds it more endearing. a big fan of twisted logic, shes known for her warped theories and a quirky sense of humour. shes in love with her macbook even though shes not savvy with it. want to know more? mail her at corine.lim@mail.com

... the odd boy out, the thorn among the roses. The boy who always gets the stares, who is used to the disapproving eyes and had enough of the constant naggings.. The Fad Boy, the crazy one.. always jumping, always monkeying around and never quiet! Call me, JR, not junior but a J and a R... My life evolves around people and people (most of them friends) are the reason to be happy. Partying is part of me, its the same R in JR that is in paRty as it is in beeR. Most likely to be found on Weds, mambo-ing in Zouk. the Fad boy wishes life will always be fun, fun and more fun.
